How do I report a bug?

Email us at support@bisen.app with: which app and version, your device model and OS version, and the steps you took before the bug appeared. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

Can I request a feature?

Yes — please do. Same email. We read every request, even when we don't end up building the thing.

How do I delete my crash report data?

Email privacy@bisen.app with your device model, app version, and the approximate date you experienced the crash. We delete matching records within 30 days. See the privacy policy for details.

Is the app open source?

Not yet. The plan is to open-source individual app source over time once the monetization side is stable. No firm date yet.
