Terms of Use
1. Who we are
Bisen Apps is an indie software developer based in India. These terms govern your use of any app published by Bisen Apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. What you get
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal use. This license is granted by us and runs alongside the license you accept from Apple or Google when you install through their stores.
3. What you don't get
The app is provided as is, with no warranty, express or implied. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. If your alarm fails to ring and you miss something important, that is unfortunate, but it is not our liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the app is limited to the amount you paid for it (which, for free apps, is zero).
4. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where the law explicitly permits it.
- Don't redistribute the app or claim it as your own.
- Don't use the app to violate the law or harm other people.
5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
If an app offers paid features through Apple or Google in-app purchases, the billing relationship is between you and the platform — Apple or Google handles payment, receipts, and refunds. To cancel a subscription, use the platform's subscription manager (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS; Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android). Refunds follow the platform's stated policies.
6. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We can withdraw any app from the stores at any time, with or without notice. If you've paid for a subscription that's still active, the platform's refund policy applies.
7. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page for at least 60 days after the change.
